Ketogenic diet for vegetarians has to be supplimented with protein powders as there are less options of proteins as macro nutrients.Although cheese,tofu,tempeh and paneer gives enough proteins but still to match protein part some additional protein powder like of soy protein isolate powder can be taken for the purpose.

Here is list of options for vegetarians ( without eggs and fish)

 

Vegetables: Cauliflower, Cabbage, Broccoli, Spinach, Cucumber, Fenugreek (Methi),Mustard Greens ( Sarson ka saag) Mushrooms, Coriander, Brinjal, Bottle Guard, Round gourd (Tinda), Lady Finger ,Radish,Turnip, Parwal, Onion,Tomatoes ,Lemon and Green Beans ( in moderation).

Fruits: Strawberries, Blueberries and Blackberries

Nuts: Almond, Walnuts, Cashew and peanuts in moderation

Coconut
Green Tea

Dairy: Fresh Cream, Cheese, Paneer (Cottage Cheese),Curd, Buttermilk (in moderation)

Fats: Ghee-Clarified butter, Butter, Coconut Oil and Olive oil.

Tofu, Firm tofu and tempeh
