Ketogenic diet for vegetarians has to be supplimented with protein powders as there are less options of proteins as macro nutrients.Although cheese,tofu,tempeh and paneer gives enough proteins but still to match protein part some additional protein powder like of soy protein isolate powder can be taken for the purpose.
